You can submit a ticket or enquiry very easily through multiple methods.
You can use this portal, simply click on the “New support ticket” at the top of this page or any other on the help desk.
If you have created an account in the store, you can raise a ticket from your control panel and interact directly from there.
You can send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which will also automatically create a ticket for you.
You can use any of the multiple forms on the website to also create a ticket.
We may manually create a ticket if, for example, you call us and we cannot answer your enquiry over the phone immediately where we have such barriers as having to find technical information for you or spare part information.
