We offer multiple ways that you can get help and support with spare parts and fault diagnosis for many appliances. But please, we do ask that you choose wisely on which way to seek help and especially so when it comes to technical enquiries and diagnostic assistance.

In any case, if we can help you we will do.

Email & Support Ticket Support

Email and ticket support is your primary means to help people and normally most all enquiries are responded to by an ex field service technician.

This is the primary as it allows us time to look up information on your model, find out what parts are in it, see if there's any technical info, bulletins and so on. Much of which is not practical to do on the phone or in a live chat area.

They will be able to offer some help however a complete diagnosis will normally not be possible as they are remote and cannot see the product that you have, access it, test components and so on. They may be able to point you in the right direction though if they possibly can.

Also keep in mind that many brands do not allow us access to technical information and fault code meanings so, for some brands help can be limited if even available.

Live Chat Support

Live chat is much the same as email support however it is intended for quick spare part enquiries, not for lengthy discussions on what a particular fault might be.

If the guys have time, they will help you if they can but if they don't have the time or the information you may be directed to email or the forums for more help.

Phone Support

Please do note that the spares line is not a technical information line and that the telephones are not normally answered by field engineers.

The best way to get help is to register for and post in the UK Whitegoods Forums (click the link to go there) where you can get many opinions from many appliance engineers, often from one that's trained on or familiar with the product you have.

Whilst our spares staff are very knowledgeable indeed they often do not have the relevant experience on any particular appliance to offer much help beyond what you can find on in the Advice & Help section of our main UK Whitegoods content site.
