There are a number of threads in the forums regarding the electronic sensors on a number of Beko or Beko produced fridge freezer models.

The upshot of it is that the engineers almost universally will change both sensors at the same time.

These sensors are a "foamed in" type meaning that originally, on production, changing them was not considered or made possible easily so, you need to chop wires, rejoin them and seal the wiring to replace them. If you are reasonably handy or have worked with this sort of thing before then this shouldn't be a big hassle to do.

Do be careful of the fins on the evaporator though, they are razor sharp!

The two sensors are 43947200185 and 4394720285 and both are links that will take you to each sensor.

If you need this in a service bulletin format please just let us know when you've ordered the sensors and we will send you this info in a PDF. There isn't a lot more in it than shown here but the images can be blown up better.

What you want to end up with is this as shown in a before and after image by Beko:

In order to accomplish this Beko gives instructions that state:

• Cut the old sensor cable and remove main cable insulator 40-50mm.

• Strip the thin wires 5-6 mm (photo 4,5)• Connect to new sensor and cable that prepared (photo 7,8)

• Put the insulators to connecting points (photo 9) and shrink with warm air (photo 10)

• For evaporator sensors, put the big insulator to all connecting surface and shrink with warm air (photo 11,12,13)

So that this all makes sense, here's the images that show you how to do this:
