Switches 8062049 and 8011283 are 100% replaceable and are fully interchangeable even although they may not look the same.

8062049 has two connector pins where 8011283 has one. 

You can connect the existing cooker wiring wire to either of them as shown, in effect simply connecting from one terminal number to the same corresponding terminal on the other switch.
